  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • In case of high order volume, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).

  • We currently ship to locations within INDIA

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

  • If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@sonamquartz.com.
  • We will assist in filing claims with the carrier, but replacements/refunds are subject to verification.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
